Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website stacysdigitalplayground.com and our products, including LaunchKit (the “Services”), operated by Reel Influence Media, LLC(“we,” “us,” or “Stacy’s Digital Playground”).

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you’re using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at stacy@stacysdigitalplayground.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Don’t share your account with others or transfer it to someone else without our consent.

3. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own use, including your own business-planning activities.

You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., your business plan answers and outputs). We claim no rights to your content beyond what’s needed to operate the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for anything illegal or to violate anyone’s rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services or any underlying systems.
  • Submit content that’s harmful, harassing, infringing, deceptive, or designed to abuse the AI features.
  • Use the Services to build a competing product, or to train any machine-learning model.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services without our written permission.
  • Share access credentials so multiple people can use a single account.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge displayed at checkout.

Refund policy: Because LaunchKit is digital content and AI credits are consumed on use, all sales are generally final. If you experience a billing error or a material problem with the Services, email stacy@stacysdigitalplayground.comwithin 14 days of purchase and we’ll work with you in good faith.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes won’t affect purchases you’ve already made.

6. AI Outputs

Some features of the Services use AI (currently Anthropic’s Claude) to generate feedback on your inputs. AI outputs:

  • Are generated on the fly and may contain inaccuracies or errors.
  • Should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Talk to an appropriate professional for that.
  • May vary in quality and content from one request to another, even for similar inputs.

You’re responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including the website, course content, lesson text, design, brand, logos, and software, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Don’t copy or distribute our material without permission.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or for any other reason at our discretion.

On termination, your right to access the Services ends. We may keep certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content (including AI output) will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reel Influence Media, LLCand its affiliates won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US$100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reel Influence Media, LLCand its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll provide notice (such as an email or in-product banner) and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes go into effect means you accept the updated Terms.
