Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Reel Influence Media, LLC, doing business as Stacy’s Digital Playground (“we,” “us”) about your use of the Alien Escapade game (“the game”). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

These terms cover the Alien Escapade game only. Our website and other products are covered by our main Terms of Service.

1. Who can play

The game is suitable for all ages. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please review these terms with a parent or guardian, who agrees to them on your behalf.

2. Your license to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download the game and play it on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as allowed by Apple’s App Store rules.

You agree not to copy, change, sell, rent, or redistribute the game; try to get its source code; cheat with hacks or tools that change how the game works; or use the game for anything illegal.

3. Cosmium (in-game currency)

  • Cosmium is a virtual currency you earn and spend inside the game, for example on power-ups, continues and extra parking spots.
  • Cosmium has no real-world value.It can’t be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and it can’t be transferred to another person.
  • Cosmium and your progress are saved only on your phone. If you delete the game, lose your phone, or the saved data is damaged, they may be lost, and we may not be able to restore them.
  • We may change how Cosmium is earned, priced, or used to keep the game fair and fun.
  • Changing your phone’s clock to collect extra daily rewards is against these terms. The game may ignore rewards collected this way.

4. In-app purchases

  • You can buy optional Cosmium packs and bundles (Cosmium plus power-ups) in the game’s Shop. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms, using your Apple Account, at the price shown in the Shop.
  • Purchased Cosmium and power-ups are added to your game right away and follow section 3: they have no real-world value, can’t be exchanged for money, and are saved only on your phone. Cosmium and power-ups are used up when bought and can’t be restored if you delete the game or move to a new phone.
  • Items you buy once (if offered, such as a permanent extra parking spot) can be restored on a new phone with “Restore Purchases” in Settings.
  • All sales are final except as required by law or allowed by Apple. Refund requests go to Apple, under its policies.
  • If you are under the age of majority, please ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.

5. Ads

Some buttons offer an optional reward (for example a free power-up or a second try) for watching a short video ad. Ads only play when you choose to watch one, and the reward is given only if the ad is finished. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and its advertisers; we’re not responsible for their content or for the products they advertise. How ads handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Ownership

The game, including its art, characters, names, and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. “Alien Escapade” is our game’s name. These terms don’t give you any ownership rights.

7. Privacy

Our Alien Escapade Privacy Policyexplains what information the game collects and how it’s used.

8. Changes and availability

We may update the game, change or remove features or levels, or stop offering the game, at any time. We may update these terms too. We’ll change the effective date above, and if you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.

9. Disclaimers

The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” As far as the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always work, be error-free, or be available. Some places don’t allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress or virtual currency. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop playing at any time by deleting the game. We may end your license if you break these terms.

12. Apple App Store terms

  • These terms are between you and Reel Influence Media, LLC, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the game or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
  • If the game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game.
  • Apple isn’t responsible for any claims relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims that the game breaks a law, or consumer protection claims.
  • If someone claims the game infringes their intellectual property, Reel Influence Media, LLC, not Apple, is responsible for dealing with it.
  • You confirm you’re not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and not on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
