I deleted the game and my progress is gone. Can I get it back?

Your progress (your levels, Cosmium and Daily Journey beacons) is saved only on your phone. There’s no account or cloud save, so if the game is deleted, the progress is deleted with it, and we can’t restore it. Reinstalling starts a fresh game from level 1.

What is Cosmium?

Cosmium is the game’s currency. You earn it by winning levels for the first time, from the Daily Journey, and from bonuses like the rainbow rescue ship and shooting stars. You can spend it on power-ups (Tow, Shuffle and Recall), on continuing after the belt jams, and on extra parking spots. Cosmium is just for fun: it has no real-world value and can’t be exchanged for money or anything outside the game.

How does the Daily Journey work?

Once you’ve won level 3, a Daily card appears on the home screen. Each day there’s one new puzzle, plus a small daily gift of Cosmium the first time you open the board. Winning the day’s puzzle lights one of seven beacons and earns Cosmium. Light all seven to open the Cosmium Vault for a bigger reward, and then a new week begins.

Missed a day? Nothing is lost. Your beacons stay lit, and you can pick up where you left off. Newer players get a gentler version of each day’s puzzle until they’ve reached the levels that teach its twist.

Can I buy Cosmium?

Not yet. There are no purchases in the game right now.

Do I have to watch ads?

No. Alien Escapade has no forced ads. Some buttons offer an optional reward if you choose to watch a short video, and that’s always up to you.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email stacy@stacysdigitalplayground.com and include:

what happened, and what you expected to happen
the level number, if it happened during a level
your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version (Settings, then General, then About)
the game’s version number, if you know it (it’s shown on the App Store page)
a screenshot or screen recording, if you can

The daily reward didn’t appear after I changed my phone’s clock or time zone.

Daily rewards follow your phone’s date, and each one can only be collected once per day. If your phone’s date goes back (for example, after flying across the date line), rewards pause until the date catches up. You can still play the puzzle in the meantime.
